At K-Tuned, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
